We pack and ship all orders within 48 hours via Australia Post. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
At StandUp Tees, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind

We happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

We offer one free return on your first order – we’ll cover the return postage cost for your first exchange or refund request.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

StandUp Tees will cover return shipping costs in this case.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or style within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the same return condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
