🌏 Are your shirts ethically made?

Yes. All our tees are produced using responsible, ethical suppliers. We’re committed to fair labour practices, sustainable materials, and full transparency in every step of our process.

📍 Where are you located?

We’re a small, independent business based just outside of Naarm (Melbourne), on Wurundjeri land. Every design is created and printed locally, with care and purpose - because supporting community starts at home.

📏 What size should I order?

Our tees are printed on AS Colour shirts known for quality and fit. Check out our Find Your Fit page to find your perfect match. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed look.

🧺 How do I care for my tee?

Keep it looking bold:

• Wash inside out in cold water

• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

• Hang to dry (or tumble dry low)

• Don’t iron directly on the print

🚚 How quickly do you ship orders?

We pack and process all orders within 48 hours. You’ll get a tracking link once it’s shipped. We post from Melbourne, Australia, and most orders arrive within 2–6 business days depending on your location, via AusPost.

💸 How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 Australia-wide. For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout — no hidden costs, no surprises.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but it’s coming! We’re working on offering international shipping soon. Follow us on Instagram or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

🔁 What’s your returns and exchange policy?

We want you to love what you wear. If your tee isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it for FREE (we pay postage) within 30 days of receiving it - as long as it’s unworn and unwashed. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@standuptees.com.au and we’ll sort it quickly.
